Delivery options

At checkout you can choose courier delivery to your address or collection from a pickup point/parcel locker. Free standard delivery applies to orders over €60 within Lithuania.

Delivery times

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery is 2–4 working days within Lithuania and 3–7 working days to the rest of the EU.

Shipping costs

Costs depend on weight and destination and are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Bulky items such as bikes, treadmills and home-gym equipment may carry a surcharge, which is always displayed before payment.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships we email a tracking link so you can follow it to your door or pickup point. If tracking has not updated within 48 hours, get in touch through our contact page.

Damaged in transit

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours and we will sort a free replacement or refund — see our Returns & Exchanges page for how this works.
