Terms of Service

1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our online sporting-goods store and the purchase of products from it. By browsing the site or placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published here at the moment you place your order.

2. Who we are and how to contact us

This store is operated by Example Sports, registered at Sporto g. 1, Vilnius, Lithuania. You can reach us at hello@example.com or through our contact page.

3. Ordering and contract formation

When you place an order we send an acknowledgement email. The contract between us is formed only when we send a separate confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable or a pricing error is obvious.

4. Prices and payment

All prices include applicable VAT and are shown in euros. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through the methods offered at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.

5. Product availability and substitutions

Stock levels for shoes, apparel and equipment change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a back-order or a full refund. Colours and specifications shown on screen may vary slightly from the physical product.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, timescales and costs are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any transit damage promptly.

7. Your right to cancel, returns and exchanges

You may cancel most orders and return unused items within 14 days under the conditions set out on our Returns & Exchanges page. Certain items (for example items sold sealed for hygiene reasons, such as mouthguards or swimwear) are excluded once unsealed.

8. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content for resale, or place fraudulent orders. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, product photography, logos and the site design — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of liability

Sports equipment must be used responsibly and according to manufacturer instructions. We are not liable for injury or loss arising from misuse, inadequate warm-up, or use of equipment beyond its rated purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Governing law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. We may revise these terms at any time by posting the updated version here. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
