Returns & Exchanges

14-day returns

You can return unused items in their original packaging, with tags attached, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Footwear should be tried on a clean indoor surface only — boxes and soles must be unmarked.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Start an exchange instead of a return and, if the replacement is in stock, we will ship it as soon as the original reaches us. Exchanges within Lithuania are free of return-shipping charges once per order.

How to start a return or exchange

Contact us through our contact page with your order number. We will email a return label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Items we cannot accept

For hygiene and safety we cannot accept used mouthguards, swimwear without the hygiene seal, or supplements once opened. Personalised team kit (printed names or numbers) is non-returnable unless faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault within warranty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage, or as soon as a fault appears. We cover return shipping on faulty goods and arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Delivery details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
